This service includes a variety of music and is predominantly attended by people in their middle and senior years although some young families and single young adults also attend. Communion is usually celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. As with all our other English-language services, this service is held in the West Auditorium.

Our English-language service is attended by people of all ages and music is contemporary. Children have a separate program, TRIBE. Communion is usually celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. Our Cantonese and Mandarin congregations meet for worship in the East Auditorium. Our Vietnamese congregation meets for worship in Rooms 4 and 5 in the West Wing of the Life Centre.
4.00pm Taste
Taste is a congregation of the Syndal Baptist Church that meets weekly at 4pm in the Activity Centre and surrounding rooms. We seek to be an intergenerational community that creatively engages people of all ages and stages.
This means that we not only have a “all-in” time where we gather as a community – we also break into a range of “streams” that allow you to focus in on the themes and styles that will help you grow best. The final 15 mins of our time together is devoted to “clusters” where you can get to know and support two or three others in greater depth.
6.00pm
This service is designed for youth and young adults, with contemporary worship and music provided by a band. Dress is informal. Communion is usually celebrated on the third Sunday of each month.
