Conversation English

An English learning program for migrants and overseas students.

Learning English opens a world of opportunities and is essential for making the most of life in Australia. The Conversation English course provides this at the same time as having a great time and making new friends.

The tutoring program assists students in learning how to read, write, speak and understand the Australian culture and English language. AMES accredited tutors provide a professional and structured learning environment and cover beginner to advanced levels.

The Conversation Partner program is for those who would like to be able to communicate better with others at all levels. Conversation partners have appropriate life skills and experience. Classes are flexible and are structured to suit the specific interests and needs of students.

All tuition is free, and classes are either one-to one or in small groups, held either at the Syndal Baptist Life Centre, or in private homes, by arrangement.
